A sophomore from Beachwood, Ohio...

Anshika Niraj

What's your favorite subject in school?
Uh, my favorite subjects are math and English. I really love to read, but I also really like math, so those are my two favorites.

What inspired you to want to compete in the Teen Tournament?
Well, I wanted to compete in the Teen Tournament because I've been watching Jeopardy! ever since I was a little kid. My parents love the show, so I've always watched it, and I was watching the show, and I felt like I knew a lot of the answers, so I thought I should try out. And, um, the first time I took the test, I didn't make it, but the second time I made the audition, and I'm here.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Probably still in college, doing advanced study in something. I don't know what I want to do yet, but we'll see.

What will you do with your winnings?
Well, some--some of it will go to college, but I really want to take a trip to the Harry Potter theme park in Florida, so I'm definitely going to go there.

Tune in to see who makes the grade and who gets schooled!
