A digital marketing manager from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania...

Tom Zamojcin

Hey Philadelphia, I'm Tom Zamojcin--from Phoenixville. Watch me on Jeopardy!

[2010-11-30 Winner's Circle interview]
How does it feel to be the new Jeopardy! champion?
I can't believe that after all of this time, I finally got here and have done this well. I'm happy just to survive the day, and--and to--to win as a real big win. So, I'm really, really fired up and I can't wait 'til the next game.

How did you prepare for your appearance on Jeopardy!?
Today? Um, the way I prepared for today is I did a fair amount of studying on all those things that I learned in school decades ago, and tried not to forget, and realized that I'd forgotten, so I-I did a little bit of homework, but I think mostly you know what you know, so, that was kind of my attitude coming in. I hoped I could bring it out to my mouth from my brain.

Any messages to the folks back home?
Thanks to everybody that's been peppering me with questions all week, and none of them came up on the board, just so you know.

Season 27 1-time champion: $22,800 + $2,000.

Last name pronounced like "zam-MOH-chin".
