Highest-scoring regular season winner going into the 1996 Tournament of Champions.

Favorite anecdote associated with being on the show:
When my 4th and 5th shows aired, my sister's two kids complained: "We're tired of seeing Uncle David's big fat head every night! Can we watch The Simpsons instead?"

Did being on Jeopardy! have any affect on your life?
I'm reminded of it every day, thanks to my wife Annie: "Jeopardyboy: Pick up your socks! Jeopardyboy: take out the garbage!"

Did you do anything crazy with your winnings?
I took time off work to live a brief but crazy dream: I wrote a bunch of TV sit-com ideas, got to pitch them on both coasts, and ended up selling an option.

Is there anything else you would like viewers to know about you?
Since appearing on Jeopardy!, we traveled to China and Taiwan to adopt the two sweetest and most beautiful girls in the world!
