A junior at Indiana University from Granger, Indiana...

Brett Dvorak

Hi, I'm Brett from Indiana University, and you're watching me on jeopardy.com.

What's your major?
I'm majoring in political science and history.

How did you find out you were chosen as a contestant?
Uh, I was sitting around my apartment one day, and I got a phone call from my sister telling me that I had a, uh, Federal Express package waiting for me, and, uh, I knew what that meant, so I went out and celebrated that night. It was a great time.

What made you decide to try out for JEOPARDY!?
Uh, over the summer, was on jeopardy.com and saw that they had tryouts for a College Tournament in Orlando, so I signed up for that and got a call the next day, and, uh, got my plane ticket booked and flew down.

How did you prepare for today's game?
Um, I read a lot of useless knowledge and found out a lot about stuff that may not even show up on this.

Win one for Indiana University, Brett!
