My favorite subject in school has to be Latin.
How did you react when you found out you were selected for Kids Week?
When I found out I was gonna be on Jeopardy!, I kinda like sat there staring for like, three hours. And every five minutes, I went, "Huh. I'm gonna be on Jeopardy!... Huh, be on Jeopardy!"
If you could pick any Jeopardy! category, what would it be?
Um, probably--it--probably, uh, GREEK MYTHOLOGY.
What do you like best about Jeopardy!?
The overwhelmingness of having no idea what you're gonna get asked. It could be anything from, like, BASKETBALL to WORDS THAT START WITH "Q". |

On the Jeopardy Facebook page, B.D.'s mom explained why his Final Jeopardy! response was typed: "Hi All, I am the mom of B.D. Schwarz, who was last night's winner. His answer was typed because he has a neurological disorder called dystonia that makes his hand muscles contract. He has handwriting so bad that it took three tries for him to write his name legibly for the podium and his name is only two letters long! Jeopardy! is amazing with disability accommodations, and allowed him a keyboard for Final Jeopardy. " |
