A junior from Santee, California...

Caley Anderson

Although he already has a day named after him in his hometown of Santee, California, for winning an academic competition, this junior from Santana High thought that being selected for the tournament was cool!

His first memory of Jeopardy! is from the 1980s and what he remembers best are "the big letters they had across from the board." This 11-year tae kwon do black belt veteran prepared for his big day by reading Mike Dupée's How to Get on Jeopardy! and Win! The best part about participating in the Teen Tournament for Caley was meeting the other contestants--"They are a wonderful group of people."

And remember you heard it here first: Caley plans to run for president in 2020.
