A junior from South Plainfield, New Jersey...

Margaret Monroe

Hi, I'm Margaret, and you're watching me on jeopardy.com.

How long have you been watching Jeopardy!?
I've been watching Jeopardy! since I was about 5 years old. Well, that's when I really started paying attention to it; I've probably been watching it since I was a baby--the song used to calm me down, when I was sleeping, when my parents wanted me to take a nap.

When did you discover your talent for Jeopardy!?
I never really thought I had a talent, but I saw the advertisement on television for an audition. I thought, "Why not? I have nothing to lose." So I went to Baltimore, and now I'm here!

Do you have career plans?
When I grow up, I want to be a district attorney, because I really want to help our country and our criminal justice system to make the United States a better place.

Do you have career plans?
I've been an Irish dancer for 10 years with the Peter Smith School--New Jersey--they're the best--and I've competed at the World Championships, the All-Ireland Championships, and even at Carnegie Hall and Radio City.
