What happened when you found out you were going to be on the show?
I was so--When I found out, I was going to be a contestant on Jeopardy! I was so excited. I thought I hadn't made it, so when I found out that I did, I just was like, ballistic. I was running around screaming. My dog actually chased me, because he thought something was wrong. So...
Did your friends or family give you any advice?
Um, actually, my sister's friend Becca Portman was on the show a few years ago, so, yeah, she gave me some advice.
What did you do to prepare for today?
To prepare to be on Jeopardy! I studied and I looked at a bunch of records, and I just kind of--I watched Jeopardy! every night. So that's basically how I prepared.
What is your favorite Jeopardy! category?
Um, HARRY POTTER would be a good category, and SHAKESPEARE I would probably be pretty good at, so...
What will you do with the money if you win big?
Um, if I do win a lot of money, I'm going to use it for college, but I'm also going to buy an iPod, or a camcorder, so...
Where do you see yourself ten years from now?
In ten years from now, I see myself back on Jeopardy!, and I also see myself--I want to be a chef, like Rachael Ray, and have my own cooking show and a restaurant. |
